Everything was great, loved our really great stay. The rooms were luxury and fantastic on the water kept by the POLITE staff. Checkin was good. Can get to the bus station within 15 minutes' walk.

Romantic hotel, we enjoyed our stay, it had delicious food and stunning location close to everything. Everything was perfect during our stay even so disappointing aspect was a bit cramped bathroom.

In general the stuff where charming and good. The continental breakfast was splendid with view of the canal and also different home-made granola.

I've had a comfortable stay in that hotel. I liked that venue had very good staff and food.

The hotel of choice in Bruges. Location: the venue was near to center, nice restaurants. Also, the hotel was within walking distance of Friet Museum. Breakfast with different home-made granola.

I got incredible, luxury room with good bed.

I greatly enjoyed staying here, as well as hotel's staff and location. The venue was located next to the centre and the main central tourist attractions and the center of all of bruges attractions.

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was cozy. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, pay TV and a mini fridge bar. Excellent service too. Cold drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

I loved the details, like location and drinks, they were ideal! Comfy bed, reasonably large bathroom and air conditioner and coffee in the room. Good restaurant available in the hotel. Quick check-in too. It was a really nice stay.

The room was budget and the staff were very welcoming, it had fast wi-fi. So good food choice at continental breakfast. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. Also, this newly renovated hotel was near a minor basilica. Private parking and perfect facilities.

The location was beautiful and the stuff members where welcoming. The room was big and there was free WiFi. Historic Centre of Brugge district deserves your attention. Besides, we parked the car on-site.

We enjoyed this hotel. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Again, it was within a walking distance of Friet Museum. Plenty of food for breakfast including bacon and cakes.

Beautiful rooms and perfect breakfast available. Really quiet location. We would have stayed for longer. Chilled-out base for a city break in Bruges.
